Elemental Sculpture

This film explores the sensation of wonder, pivotal to the human condition.
It is the fascination with mysteries, the passion of discovery that urges us to dig deeper, look further, often times not our best advantage. The film is contemplation on the idea of the mystery of artificial creation from the wild and untamed natural elements.¶

Matchbox World

This film is an attempt to point out and illustrate the self-destructive tendencies of the human nature, more specifically, our insistence on perfecting and multiplying the tools of murder.¶

The concern over the proliferation of weapons (especially weapons of mass destruction) is not particularly novel, and has been brought up in the past. This film attempts to reinvigorate the debate with a shift in perspective thought the use of allegory. This gave birth to a concept of a matchbox world. We occupy the space inside, and labor vigorously to construct the biggest and most effective matches. The film is culminated by a match performing its primary task, bringing the destruction of the matchbox.¶
